Treat the symptom, and the problem comes back.
Real executive experience. Root-to-Result® discipline. Together, we get beneath what’s happening – and focus on what will actually make the difference.

Meet Craig Pattison
FCIPD
I bring together senior executive experience, commercially focused advisory and coaching, underpinned by my Root-to-Result® methodology.
Before founding my own business, I held executive and senior leadership roles in listed, private-equity-backed and regulated environments, including dual responsibility as Chief People Officer and Chief Technology Officer.
I’ve sat where many of my clients sit, making difficult decisions, leading through growth and transformation, and being accountable to CEOs and boards for the outcomes.
Today, I bring that operator’s perspective from outside the system. I ask the questions others may avoid, challenge assumptions and help leaders and leadership teams understand what is really shaping performance, and where focused attention can make the greatest difference.

My Methodology:
Root-to-Result®
Root-to-Result® is the proprietary methodology I use to get beneath the presenting issue, understand what is really driving it and focus attention where it will make the greatest difference.
It starts with the outcome or intent, the Fruit. Rather than simply accepting or challenging it, we test and clarify what matters most before exploring what will support or constrain it.
From there, Root-to-Result® works through the foundations beneath the outcome: principles and commitments, beliefs and instincts, behaviour and credibility, and how leadership influence holds up in the real world.
It can be used with individual senior leaders, founders or leadership teams.
The process returns to the Fruit, using real-world evidence to assess what has changed, what has held and what needs to evolve.
