These may include recognised assessment platforms such as Lumina Learning, Strengths Profile or other psychometric and 360-degree feedback providers where relevant.
How long do we keep information
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and to meet applicable legal, tax, accounting and insurance requirements.
Client engagement records, contact details and relevant financial records may typically be retained for up to six years following the end of an engagement where this is necessary for legal, tax, accounting or insurance purposes.
Feedback or psychometric data, including 360-degree feedback, is generally retained for up to 12 months unless otherwise agreed with the client or a different retention period is necessary.
You may request earlier deletion of your personal information, subject to any legal or other legitimate requirement for us to retain it.
Who we share information with
We use selected third-party service providers to operate the business and deliver our services. These providers process personal information only where necessary for the services they provide.
Data processors
Microsoft – email, calendar and cloud services
Microsoft 365 is used for business communications, scheduling and cloud storage and may process information including names, email addresses, documents and message content.
TidyCal – booking system
TidyCal may process names, email addresses and appointment information to manage bookings.
MailerLite – email marketing platform
MailerLite is used to manage existing mailing-list subscriptions, contact preferences and email communications where applicable.
Google Analytics – website analytics
Google Analytics is used to understand how visitors interact with the website, including information such as page views, user journeys, device/browser information and time spent on pages. This information helps us understand and improve website performance.
Microsoft Clarity – website behaviour analytics
Microsoft Clarity helps us understand how visitors interact with the website through information such as session replays, clicks and scrolling behaviour. It is used to identify opportunities to improve website usability and performance.
Hostinger – website hosting provider
Hostinger provides hosting and related infrastructure for the Craig Pattison website, operated by Elevate Executive Coaching, and may process information necessary to operate, secure and maintain the website.
folk (Customer relationship management platform)
folk is used to manage business contacts, prospective clients and professional relationships. It may process information such as names, contact details, job titles, organisations, professional profiles, relationship history and communications. Where enabled, folk may also provide data enrichment, integration and AI-assisted functionality to support business development and relationship management.
Use of artificial intelligence
We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support administrative, research, drafting and analytical activities within the business. Where AI tools are used, we take appropriate steps to protect personal and confidential information and to minimise the personal data shared with those services.
We do not rely solely on automated decision-making to make decisions about clients or individuals that have legal or similarly significant effects. Outputs generated using AI are subject to human review where appropriate.
Other suppliers and service providers
We may share personal information with trusted suppliers and professional advisers where necessary to operate the business or deliver our services. These may include IT support, website providers, business development and marketing support, accountants, insurers and legal advisers. Where third parties process personal information on our behalf, we require them to handle it appropriately and only for the purposes for which it has been shared.
Sharing information outside the UK
Some of the service providers we use may process or store personal information outside the UK.
