My career includes executive and senior leadership roles across listed, private-equity-backed and regulated businesses, including as Chief People Officer and Chief Technology Officer.
I have worked across people, technology, marketing, strategy, transformation and organisational change. That breadth gives me a cross-functional perspective on how decisions, pressures and relationships in one part of a business can affect performance elsewhere.
I also understand the reality behind senior leadership decisions: competing priorities, organisational politics, imperfect information and accountability for outcomes.
Today, I bring that experience from outside the system, using Root-to-Result® to challenge assumptions and examine what may be getting in the way.
